Luxury 3BR Condo: Near MTCC & CN Tower + Parking

Superb location, attractive and practical flat, but only 1 working elevator serving 20+ floors Positive: Absolutely superb location - close walking distance to CN tower, Rabba grocery store, and some good restaurants. Lovely interior to the flat, funky design with character but also very practical. Well equipped kitchen. Highly convenient to have an included parking spot downstairs under the same building, with additional spots available for a fee of CAD 30/night (or less across the street). Lovely to have a friendly human providing the keys at checkin, no lock boxes or codes to faff with. Host very responsive to messages. Negative: As of Oct 2025, there is only 1 working elevator serving several hundred units on more than 20 floors, sometimes causing long waits. Otherwise this would have been a « 10 » ! Otherwise, the corridor to the flat (peeling wallpaper) and the outside view from the kitchen (electrical substation) are a bit ugly.

Positive: Great accomodation, super location and clean!! Negative: The building itself has only one working elevator. It could take up to 10-15 minutes to get it.

Fab location and very nice apartment! Positive: The location is superb, the apartment itself if was great with all amenities, very well laid out and explained - which just made things so much easier - thank you to the host! The reception was very friendly and helpful. Negative: The hall way was a little tired but it really made no difference to our stay.
