Lux 1 BR+Den DWTN Condo near CN Tower

Très bon séjour malgré les problèmes de clef Positive: L’emplacement L’équipement de l’appartement Negative: Une des personnes du personnel de l’accueil était très sec et n’a pas voulu nous aider a chercher un endroit où stocker nos valises. Il nous a été impossible de trouver les clefs. L’appareil pour le prendre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû appeler à plusieurs reprises l’agence qui a essayé de trouver des solutions. Il nous a fallu 13 appels pour trouver une solution pour les clefs. Sachant que nous ne sommes pas du Canada, les appels ont coûté 50 CHF. Même scénario pour déposer les clefs. Leur machine ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû à nouveau les appeler. Nous avons fini par laisser l’appartement ouvert avec les clefs à l’intérieur car nous devions absolument partir.

Excellent location. Satisfactory unit. Would stay again. Positive: Location was excellent. Negative: the hyperlink would not open in the email on our phone to enable us to get the proper code so we could access the keys at the Keycafe. The concierge had to contact the owner to text us with the code. We did not have the owners name.

トロントでの特別な体験！ Positive: 部屋のバルコニーからの眺めが最高！ 是非早起きして朝焼けを見ながらコーヒーを飲んで✨ 部屋は清潔で母、叔母と一緒に 家族3人でゆっくり過ごせました。 大きめのベッドが2つと ソファがベッドになるので 寝室の棚にある布団を使い 全員が広々とゆっくり寝られました。 ホストもよく気にかけてくれて すぐ何でも聞きやすいです😊 事前に送られて来る部屋への案内のスライドも 非常に分かりやすく、迷わず入れました！ シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ ハンドソープ、コップやカトラリー類も充実しています。 最高な滞在をありがとう！とてもオススメです✨ Negative: タオルが少し生乾きの臭いがするくらい

Brilliant location, great owner, will stay again! Positive: The property was easily accessible from Union Station. The staff in the building were extremely helpful. The property was extremely clean, had everything you needed and a view! The owner sent detailed information on accessing the condo and using the facilities within. It could not have been clearer. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Good location, nice view. Communication with host was fast and clear. Negative: We needed more bed sheets but they refused to provide any. Beds could have been more comfortable but also wasn’t that bad
