Positive: The host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Any questions were answered within a short period of time and help was offered if needed.

Positive: The location for a 1 night stay was great.for a party of 5, it was affordable for where it was. I appreciated the timely response from the one who was renting the place. Negative: The booking.com description of the apartment was incorrect. We were missing a full bed. 1 key for 5 people was difficult to manage. 2 of the elevators weren't working, and we often waited almost 20 minutes to go outside. An 83 year old person and a person with disabilities can not climb 7 floors. . Although the response time was timely and courteous, none of our queries or being accommodated in some way of any kind or any difficulties were resolved.
