Excellent location and suite but needs better communication between host their subcontracted reception staff. re Positive: Location excellent; quality of room excellent Negative: No bedding provided for second bed despite being asked prior to booking and twice day of entry.

Excellent location and decent value. Somewhat lacking in cleanliness and a bit cramped for more than one person. Positive: Location is excellent. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Negative: Cleaning crew not particularly good. Upon arrival there were hairs in the bathroom and significant crumbs on the couch plus an overall feeling of it not being cleaned thoroughly. It’s a very busy building with many short term rentals so lots of coming and going at all hours in the elevators and lobby. Doormen are not particularly friendly or helpful. The units are finger hotel rooms turned into quite compact studio apartments. The AC seems on its last legs and somewhat fiddly so beware if it’s summer.
