Skyline Waterfront 2BR + 2BA w/ Parking near MTCC

Convenient location. Expensive for the quality. Positive: The property was well located, close to many interest points in Toronto. The size of the appartment was very convenient. It had a lot of light. Good communication with the landlord. Negative: The cleaning was very basic, with the floors of the bathrooms quite dirty. Same for some glass doors. No wash machine supplies. We had to buy some pods. No place to hang the wet towels in the bathroom. In summary, the price was similar to a good hotel family room but the service received quite lower.

Amazing views and OK apartment Positive: The location and views were phenomenal. On site parking was a huge bonus for city center location. We appreciated lots of linens and towels on hand. Excellent and timely communication. Negative: The apartment and furnishings have seen their share of use. Bathroom floor is stained and nightstands could be replaced. Also there were 2 mobile ac units in the living room with an extension cord running into the bedroom making it difficult to shut the door.

Perfect location! Responsive owner and every amenity available. Really great value
