Cozy Downtown 2BR Suite near CN Tower with Balcony

All in all a not so pleasant stay and would not recommend this property if cleanliness is an issue. Positive: We loved the location but it is over the Garden Expressway, so a little noisy. Negative: The cleanliness and the lack of a washing machine as it was broken and full of dirty water which had an odor. I booked this unit as my sister was flying in from a European vacation and knew she would need laundry facilities. This property is not all that clean. The baseboards, and anything hard to get to was cleary quite dirty. The linens and towels were old and mismatched and there were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms or t-towels on the kitchen. As I had done the booking for our small group, I was embarassed that I'd booked this property.

Positive: 立地とスタッフさんの対応はとてもよかったです。 Negative: 掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋にティッシュも、フェイスタオルもなく、自分たちで買いました。 ベッドの布団も古く、少し清潔感に欠けていました。
