Disappointing sums up our stay perfectly. Positive: The unit is very convenient when arriving in the city by train. It's close to the Harbour Front and easy access to much of what tourists want to do in Toronto. However, it's very noisy and appears much nicer online than in real life. Negative: The keys were the dealbreaker for us. My sister and I made multiple attempts to contact the owner to explain we would need more than one set of keys as we were in the city for different purposes and coming and going at different times. Each time we got the same reply: "I'll be sending you the full check-in instructions closer to your arrival date … Regarding the keys, I will make arrangements so you have what you need for your stay." We didn't get check-in instructions until the day before arrival and only learned there were not extra sets of keys upon arrival. This left us with the unsatisfactory choice of leaving the unit unlocked at times so that one or the other of us could get in. We now believe we were not communicating with the owner prior to our arrival, but rather with an AI chat bot.
