Classy 1BR plus DEN w Amazing skyline view and WFH

Definitely a great location and a helpful host. Needs better cleaning and more comfortable beds. Positive: The location was excellent especially as we were going to 3 nights of Blue Jays games. There are numerous options for food, shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment etc in the area. The Security was great and the main bedroom had a comfy bed and a tv which was great for kids. The host was very quick to reply to our communications and queries and had great detailed photos when we couldn't figure out where the garbage disposal room was and how to turn on the air conditioning/heat. The TV had Netflix and was a good size and the balcony was a nice option for chilling with a tea in the morning. Negative: While the main bedroom had a comfortable bed, the other two sleeping options were AWFUL! The futon was horrendously uncomfortable and you could feel every single bar through the mattress. The sofa bed was just as bad and sloped so much it felt like you were sliding down it. I had the worst 5 nights of sleep I think I have ever had in a hotel/AirBnB. The duvet cover on the spare bedding was filthy with white crud and dirt like it had never been washed and the property lacked a few main amenities. There were no hooks to hang bath towels so we had to drape them over chairs to dry, there was no broom or dustpan so when we spilled something we had no way to clean it up properly. There were no throw cushions or pillows on the sofa and the sofa had really hard arm rests so we used towels to lean on for cushioning when sitting on the sofa. Also, the cleaner needs to be more thorough. We found a pair of dried up contact lenses sitting on the shower ledge which showed the ledge hadn't been wiped down, and like I said above, the bedding for the futon/sofa bed clearly hadn't been washed.

Positive: Spacious, clean, clear instructions, accommodating reception staff. Fantastic location for city Centre activities my scotia bank arena and Union station.

Positive: Location, tidiness, staff, secure Negative: AC was not very powerful., but still helped a bit!

Good for a one day visit. Positive: The location was prime. Very close to all the spots we wanted to visit. Negative: The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The furniture also seemed quite flimsy.
