Pristine & lakeview 1BR+D Condo w/ private balcony

Great location, but not “pristine” Positive: The apartment is in a great location to see all the downtown sites. It’s a nice setup with the three sleeping spaces and has a nice view from a high floor. Negative: For an apartment listed as “pristine” it was not very well maintained. The bathroom wash dingy and the shower curtain needed replacing. The towels smelled musty, and just in general the cleanliness needed to be better. There was dust on the ceiling from the vents blowing continuously in that space. Also, the air conditioner really struggled to cool this apartment in August. The check-in process was quite confusing - it’s an apartment complex but clearly many people rent out their apartments and there is a complex check-in process with building security on one side of the building/square and then you are sent on a bit of a maze to get to the apartment. Once you are past that, access is straightforward.
