Charming Basement Studio, Bathroom, Full Kitchen

Positive: Price - Ok. For CAD200+ per night, there will be cheaper options elsewhere. Location - Good. 30mins drive to downtown with traffic. Near the beach and has many shops just 10mins walk away. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. Living room and bedroom - Good. Decent space and is comfortable. Has a good sized TV as well Kitchen - Ok. Good space for cooking and putting groceries. Well equipped as well. Only downside is the fire alarm which is harmless but might give you a shock. Bathroom - Could be better. Very cramped bathroom and shower area. Shower is not easy to use as well. Soap and shampoo is provided. Heating - Could be better. It gets cold in the night but the room has no modern climate control. You will have to make do with the blankets. Ventilation - Could be better. It’s a basement, so there’s only one small window which can’t be opened. Housekeeping - None. You will have to clean and take out the trash yourself.

À oublier Positive: Lit douillet, joli appartement, près de tout. Negative: La salle de bain, la douche ne ferme pas, le plafond est très écaillé, le banc de toilette et les robinets du lavabo bougent, il y a de la moisissure autour du mur extérieur de la douche, pas de chaises de table, une chaise de bureau uniquement, une table d’ordi qui sert de table de cuisine et si on veut manger au salon il y a une table ronde supplémentaire dans la salle de lingerie mais elle est brisée donc inutilisable et le store du salon est à jeter. Et l’on donne un 9.2 pour ça. De plus le matin les enfants du premier étage nous tapent sur la tête jusqu’à ce qu’ils aillent à la garderie.
