Charming 4BR Barrie Retreat with Backyard

The place was big enough, but I would never book it again Positive: The location was great. It was a nice neighborhood. The beds were clean and comfortable. The size of the house was perfect. Negative: What I didn’t like was the fact that it was very dirty. The appliances were old. No plug ins in the kitchen. Not a suitable coffee maker. (I had to go out and buy one) the window sills were very dirty and the curtains were very old and not hung properly. They even fell down when moved. I had to call the property manager to have someone come and put them up. The toilet seat was falling off and he had to fix that too. The outside entrance was disgusting. Unfortunately I feel that if someone is charging you money to stay at their place, more care should be taken to make sure it is pristine and more up to date. They need to hire a proper cleaning service. If this person( in my opinion) wants people to rent, he needs to up his game.
