Chic 1BR+Den Condo Near ROM & CN Tower

Good area but everything else wasn’t great. Positive: View was ok Area is ok but far from public transport Far from the CN tower!!!! Not Negative: - Checking experience was a PAIN; had to wait so long to get keys. No one was readily available. - It was hard to communicate with the owner and the staff; no one spoke English and it felt like I was just talking to robots. - Building lobby staff were also pretty robotic - No sense of hospitality whatsoever - Only 1 key was available so we couldn’t split up if we wanted to. - Washer/Dryer and detergent were STINKY - Shower was not adjustable; hard to use. - Shower light was too dim… not effective essentially. - Bathroom’s exhaust was busted. - A couple of switches were not working. - Lights were too few in the living area. - Room lights too “blue”/“white” - not conducive for sleeping - Some leftover condiments and half empty bottle of water was left; not sure if these were for us or just messy. - Host was NOT accommodating and not responsive. Too rigid with the rules and expects all guests to be like employees/staff having to do much work. - Checkout experience was also pretty bad. I wish they left instructions in the room or on the door instead of messaging me via Booking.com because this app does not notify me. I’m lucky I checked it last minute. - No ready or easy to follow instructions on gym, wifi - CN tower was FAR. Description is not true / misleading.
