Excellent location and apt.
Positive: Great view, good location, well furnished apt, secure building,
Negative: There is a set of instructions and apt descriptions online. A written copy in the apt would be useful. Adjacent stairway door is noisy - adding a soft close to the door would cut down on the noise.
